How to Use Toyota Electronic Parking Brake

Gone are the days of pulling on the emergency parking brake lever. Toyota's auto parking brake makes it simple by allowing you to set the emergency brake with just the press of a button. The auto parking brake will automatically engage when you put your vehicle in park and disengages when you shift into gear. If you want to manually set the parking brake, you just need to press the "P" button next to the shift knob (see video). The light will illuminate red when the feature is activated.
