Just bought an Avalon Hybrid Limited with Tech package yesterday. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. I discussed and finalized the price over emails. Robert Dickey gave me an itemize purchase order detailing what everything cost. I drove down from Renton and the drive saved me $500 in sale tax because only 8.2% in Chehalis. Robert was very nice, not once he tried to sale me anything. Paid exactly the price on the purchase order. Bought my car over $5000 below MSRP. I Contact every Western Wa Toyota dealer and I-5 Toyota in Chehalis was the cheapest.

I wanted to write to you concerning my buying experience at your I5 Toyota location. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime with many different encounters, some good, some really bad!! The experience I had at your dealership was best, from the quick response from my internet inquiry, my salesman Craig (who came and picked me up at my home!), and Roy from your finance department! There was no stress or pressure involved, everyone I encountered was friendly, but professional. I really applaud your dealership and your employees. Mr. Bannan, Thank you for the email, I just wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience we had at your store. The reason for buying a new car is because I was recently involved in a car accident and my old car was totalled. It was so nice to have the process go so smoothly, and that the price of the car was honored and there were no surprise charges. The salesman he had the privilege to work with, Mr. Bill Kale, was amazing! What a nice gentlemen. He answered all our questions, went above and beyond to help us feel comforatble with our purchase, and even put up with my husbands antics (which he thought was great). It was all around just a good experience and I am so grateful it all worked out. I will be back at the store to receive my additional key, and I'm sure many times in the future for various reasons. I wanted to thank you for the great service you and your team have provided me and my wife. We purchased a used 2013 4-runner a couple months ago. The buying experience we had was fantastic. It was very smooth and quick with no BS. The salesman, who's name slips my mind right now, was great. And then when we went into speak with the finance guy he went above and beyond. We bought a certified used Toyota, which qualified for a deal going on at the time of 2.99% financing, which is what we expected to get, and frankly would have been happy with. However he said that he thought he could do better, and he ended up getting us 2.00%. He didn't have to take the time to do that, which by the way it was after closing hours, but he did it and ended up saving us some money and obviously made us very happy. If you recall, I contacted you shortly after our purchase as there was an odor in the vehicle. You told me to bring it in at my earliest convenience and you would take care of it. So that's what I did and you held up your end of the deal. I really appreciate you guys going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I will definitely spread the word of our great experience at your dealership. Thanks for taking care of us. Courteous employees and they were able to answer any questions I had. I live in Lacey so Toyota of Olympia is only 8 miles from my house but I chose to drive to your dealership. Can not think of anything right now for you to improve on. I have been happy with my decision to buy my truck from your dealership and have my maintenance appointments performed there.
