Thank you for all of your continued support as all have had to and continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. We truly recognize that we are all in this together.

 

At I-5 Toyota, we welcome every challenge with a smile and will always find ways to deliver a safe and exceptional experience for all of our valued customers' needs. Whether it is our service, parts, sales, or finance departments we are ready to serve you in an easy, transparent, and most importantly, safe manner.


In terms of our workplace environment, we have taken the following measures:


  • Requesting employees who have flu-like symptoms to seek medical care and stay home, monitor their symptoms. Also, stay in communication contact with their manager.


  • If any of our employees have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, or may have been exposed to someone with the virus, or are living with someone who is currently being quarantined, to voluntarily self-quarantine themselves for 14 days.


  • We are providing additional cleaning measures, including disinfecting surfaces that come into contact most frequently - phones, keyboards, door handles, desks, etc. 


  • We have set up social distancing measurements at each location and are making sure our employees are following these proper distances.


  • We have stopped all onsite food/beverage services.


  • Our lot attendants and technicians are using a new set of gloves for every customer vehicle they are in contact with.

In service, we are continuing to offer our normal maintenance and repair services with enhanced safety and health protocols. We also will continue to offer pick up and drop off services for those that wish to stay at home or would simply like the convenience of that service. In our parts departments, we are able to sell all parts and accessories either in the store as normal with enhanced health and safety protocols, or offer to deliver our products right to your home or business. For our sales and finance departments, we are offering our most seamless and touchless process to date with the ability to complete your transaction with our representatives online in whatever medium (text, phone, email, video) that you wish. Credit applications, the approval process, trade appraisals, and even test drives can all be done remotely to make the process of you signing and taking delivery of your vehicle easier than ever.
